Unit 20 focuses on the different problems a teacher may encounter during a lesson and also explain how the first day of class is important. Indeed, the first impression is always the most important; the teacher should encourage the students to speak, to be confident and to express themselves freely. For the first class, the teacher should focus more on establishing a good relationship with his students and between the students themselves if it is a non-existing group, in order to introduce the future atmosphere of the class. The teacher should use a lot of different activities using different materiel that motivate and involve all the students; the teacher may know more about their interests, personalities, motivations, which should help the teacher to provide interesting content for further lesson plans. The unit content gives solutions and advices for more specific problems; large classes should have more group activities and work sheet tasks, monolingual class should use lots of interaction games that allow high amount of student \"talk time\".
