In the first video Mark the teacher does not display any motivation, passion, or interest in teaching the English language. He comes off very arrogant and made inappropriate comment like \"this is easy\".His gestures are not inviting and can be perceived as harsh.He is not helpful when students ask simple questions. He doesn't show compassion towards the students who are confused and made no effort to change up his presenting style. His voice was low and the classroom energy was low. The students seem scared and confused. Learning a new language can be intimidating especially for adults. It is important to create a comfortable, helpful, and interactive environment in the classroom. In the second video Mark was different he looked like he really properly prepared a lesson plan. He was smiling and very warm towards the students. He displayed interest in addressing and learning the students names. He is was able to get each students attention and it seemed like the students really understood the topic. He could of did a little bit more teaching about the topics.
