This unit reminded me of all the different parts of English. A lot of things that we say every day have so much more complexity than meets the eye. I think it's important that we are able to break down a sentence to the core to be able to better understand the things that we are saying/teaching.This unit I learned about past tenses, its form and usage. The differences between past simple, past continuos, past perfect and past perfect continuos (it is not widely use and new students easily get confused). I also learned on irregular verbs and how to present this information to my students.The seven most common future tense meanings are: future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous, be going= infinitive, present simple, and present continuous. This unit helped me recognize the importance of present tense and how to better explain it o future students.
