In this lesson I learned the basics of classroom management. From eye contact to board writing this unit covers an array of topics useful to a new teacher. Setting up a classroom and situating oneself in the room are important for carrying out an effective lesson and building rapport with students.I think this unit was easy to understand, it's about plan and organize the class so the students trust me as a teacher and mentor. It's a lot of common sense in this unit and working with this unit and applying it to a class will help the students become succefull in their journey to learn english.Lesson plan becomes essential for schools that think of real student learning and understands the difference between the facilities each student has to learn. No matter how many students the class has, planning the course and how to apply the content, the teacher will be able to motivate the class.
