Content from this unit was useful for learning about what I can be using in my classroom and which would be useful and when. I learnt about when to use the textbook and when not to. Becoming more familiar with the different lesson sequences helps me understand what would work well and what wouldn't.The different methods of teaching. The method ESA and the different aspects of the method. How to react to students and how to facilitate the students to the best of their abilities. Although it requires a lot of common sense there are a lot off different aspects to teaching I didnt realise before.In this lesson we looked at different areas of the English language. Here we looked at the patterns in which English follows. Looking at intonation, observing the pitch and sound in which the English language follows pattern to. We also looked at phonetic script and they way it is read and decoded.
