In this lesson, we go over several ways to manage a classroom. The first section gave the benefits of eye contact, gesturing, using the right voice, and the use of student's name. The next section was regarding the different way and advantages of grouping students and arranging the seats in the classroom. The next sections were dedicated to the teacher position in the class, reducing TTT and highlighting how to convey instructions to students. The final section helps teacher establish a good rapport with students while giving solutions to disciplining problems behaviors in the class. With the information presented in this unit, I can better understand how to engage with my students.
