Unit 13 Teaching pronunciation and phonology focusses in proper way of speaking words basing in native English speakers though there are other ways of pronunciation and speaking depending on the message of the speaker and their culture. When speaking we need to consider the intonation, tone, and articulation of words to provide clearer message to the listeners. Intonation is important in sending a statement or asking questions. Tone may reflect upon the emotions of the speakers. And articulation can be practiced by knowing the different mouth movements and sound produced by vocal cords. Practicing the correct pronunciation may reduce misunderstanding in sending message or information.
