What I have learnt from the Unit 1 is about to become a \"good\" teacher. The qualities of teaching will reflect the motivation and encouragement for student to engage and like to learn about the subject. for example, when the teacher giving a good grade student will likely to enjoy and unstressed about learning the course. If there are any weaknesses, as a teacher it will be better to reach out to give a positive feedback and encourage them to become a better student. There are also major differences between an adult and a young learners. in term of learning experience, adult are living more experienced in study (success and failure), motivation to attend the class, more mature, but somehow more nervous about the result. In other side, Young learners are tend to more open minded, willing to learn new language, tend to act more as a listening rather than share the ideas, and unmotivated to participate in classroom. As a teacher, I have to recognize the level of language that my student are. I have to know their weaknesses and try to help them to become a better leaner. Hopefully in the future, the student will reflect how important it is to learn an English as they able to communicate with other people.
