from this unit i learned that based on the age variation,theories can be developed to ensure a smooth processes in the language acquisition .language acquisition can be successful by building on student experience from L1 hence L1 and L2 works together,the knowledge of the age variation will help the teacher to design a suitable lesson plan with appropriate activities to suit the class finally i learned the environment created in the class could help ensure smooth activities in the class .Depending on the age group teachers can incorporate different methods to help student build the four skills namely reading ,writing,speaking ,and listening
