In Unit 17, I have learnt how to use teaching aids. Flash cards and worksheets are very common in ESL teaching. Teachers need to get the cards before class and put them back after the class is over. In my school, each room has one whiteboard and one interactive board, students can play with them and it creates a lot of fun. It can surely draw kids attention but usually, teachers are not allowed to use them for every class. For me, I always use DVD because it is a great way to practice listening and easy to use. Sometimes the interactive board does not work in the middle of the class. Teachers need to have a plan B! Looking forward to my Unit18
