In this unit we see how to solve and deal with different problems that may arise during our class, either because it is the first class, because it is a very large group or because there are different levels. This chapter gives us ideas and resources to carry out a successful class under any circumstances.This unit was a useful revision of some of the earlier units about the different types of structure of a lesson, for example straight arrow or patchwork. Having to rethink the different elements of the engage, study and activate was also useful. It is good to know how to introduce new vocabulary and why.
