This unit has outlined the various types of teaching equipment and has described each of them giving advantages and disadvantages. I learned that visual aid is more effective in catching students' attention instead of just alphabet descriptions. A good way of student self correction is by using camera to video tape and activity and replay it for them to analyze and discuss. Computer aided language learning is developing rapidly due to increasing use of computer nowadays but to much of it may render student rather uncommunicative. Online resources for language study is the most available as internet access is relatively cheap and affordable.
