Unit 3 introduces different teaching methodologies and why ESA method is the most effective among all. This session provides detailed explanation and examples of games for each stage of Engage, Study, Activate. Also, it covers the corrective writing and how and when teachers should correct students. This unit is extremely helpful, especially to inexperienced teachers. I was fascinated by the different teaching methods that have developed over time; as well as grateful that I received some hands-on lesson planning. I believe I have really benefited from the lesson planning that this unit has taught, especially since I am new to teaching.
