This was the final unit of grammatical concepts in this course, covering modals, phrasal verbs and the passive voice. The unit emphasizes that the course only covers basic and common principles. The unit first delves into the different types of modal verbs, their conjugations, and when and why we would use certain types of modal verbs over other types of modal verbs. The unit then classifies the different uses of the passive tense. For me, the most difficult part of this unit was understanding phrasal verbs and the distinction between the different types of verbs- I am sure that this concept will be the most challenging for me in the future.
