Unit 19 addresses the features a teacher should pay attention to when working with different groups. The biggest takeaways for me are as follows. Differences between teaching to individuals and groups. Each has its advantages and disadvantages and it calls for the teachers? expertise, thinking, planning to deliver successful class. For adults and business people, we should be prepared that due to their daily workload, we may need to have an objective expectation of them. Another thing I find useful is the procedures of lesson plan and client assessment. To be honest, I feel this can be added into any type of teaching and learning process.
