A very helpful tool in teaching is the lesson material used. Most new teachers prefer using course books as they have organized syllabus. The effectivity of a lesson though depends on how the teacher uses the material. A teacher should know how to adapt to every situation. Even with books readily available, a teacher sometimes has to create his own materials to supplement the course book or to replace sections that are not suitable for the class.
