Unit 9 talks about the general structure of a lesson plan and how each part of ESA can be utilized to create a smooth lesson. I learned that it is important to maintain a balance between being well-prepared and being flexible. I also learned that setting time for each activity is crucial in planning a lesson, as students may be bored or feel over-paced.This unit discussed and wrapped up grammar. Specifically, modals, phrasal verbs, and passive voice. I learned the difference between passive and active voice, when its used, typical student errors and mistakes, and some teaching ideas for the topic. I learned some examples of the different parts of the clause group, and the differences in phrasal verbs.
