This Unit illustrates the different skills that an ESL teacher needs to manage successfully his classroom. These skills are related to to the teacher behavior in the classroom as his voice and position and the eye contact skills . As well as,it provides a clear instructions on how he can organize the students and their positioning during the activities.This unit covered the differing needs and effective methods of teaching different age groups, primarily young learners and business English adults. The most useful information I gained from this lesson was the important information regarding conducting 1 on 1 lessons and the use of the needs analysis form, which I had never really thought about before.
