I found the analysis of the different methods used in EFL teaching truly interesting and enlightening. I agree with the fact that the ESA approach is the most effective as it gives teachers the tools necessary to conduct a successful lesson. I also appreciated the ideas suggested for each phase of the ESA method which I will definitely put into practice.This unit does a great job at wrapping up common issues both students and teachers face. Participation is definitely one of the most common areas where students feel reluctant to participate. Warmers and Ice-breakers are a great way to loosen the tension and sharing background information also helps to establish rapport between the students and teachers.
