This Unit gives an introduction into teaching receptive skills. It explains what receptive skills are, how they are learned by students and how to teach them as a teacher. A big part of the unit is an example of worksheets, that can be used in the study phase of a lesson. In general, the unit is pretty compact but helpful, due to the example sheets given.I have learned a lot more about grammar that I though I knew. I always has a good understanding of nouns and verbs and plurals But Prepositions and Gerunds and verbs and articles was quite an eye opener as well as the different types of nouns and verbs and pronouns and how it is used and the importance and difference of each in making up a basic sentence.
