UNIT 7 TEACHES A METHOD CALLED ESA. THIS LESSONS TARGETED TO GRAMMAR OR VOCABULARY FUNCTIONS IT ALSO GAVE A CLEAR EXAMPLE IN HOW GRAMMAR COULD BE COMPARE TO A TREE TRUCK. THE BRANCHES COULD ALSO BE COMPARED TO THE LANGUAGE, WHILE VOCABULARY AND FUNCTIONS COULD THE LEAVES. IT GAVE INSTRUCTION TO INTRODUCE THE NEW LANGUAGE IN A BALANCED AND MANAGEABLE WAY.I struggled with this section. In this section we learned about tenses such as past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. I had to reread each one several times and I am still having a bit of trouble distinguishing between them I will save this lesson for future reference and get extra help with tenses for better improvement.
