The last Unit covers our first lesson where we should focus our attention on introducing ourself and students using activities such as ball play, to pay attention when we start a class to warm student a bit and not just start immediately with a lesson( could use hangman, pictionary, memory games), use of student native language is allowed only in some cases when a student can't explain him self in English.Also we need to mention how to deal with reluctant students. Important is to know they have a bit lack of confidence or they are intimidated. To set them free of that burden is god to put them in pairs with stronger student, also use of role play and voice recording can be very helpful.
