This unit to me is an amazing insight to witness formation of a classroom management. How teacher can manage their classroom and not turning it into a fish market. A mutual sense of respect between the student and the teacher how the teacher can be less dominating as well as develop a sense of belief and trust with the pupil. This is like a child is groomed by the parents. Where child follows everything their parents teach as a teacher. A person should imagine that the basic learning and teaching begins at home. it is the first school a child attends at the beginning of his or her life. So our main aim in this lesson as a teacher is to instill moral values and our duties towards students.
