The attitude and demeanor of the teacher will have a significant impact on the classroom and how well students will learn and respond. It is important to build rapport and to engage students in the lesson. The teacher's goal should be to get the students talking (students should talk more than the teacher). During the study phase using such things as fill in the blank, or complete the sentence will help the students to further understand what the teacher is trying to convey.
