This unit covers traits of a good teacher and the many roles that a teacher needs to fill. It shows the traits of a good learner and how to encourage these traits. It includes a breakdown of the pros and cons of the different age groups, and language level classifications. The unit also shows how to help students without taking over their projects and limiting their creativity and initiative. I think this unit is a great starting point because it teaches me how to be a good teacher by learning how to accommodate each student's individual needs without holding them back, and which teacher roles may be beneficial to implement in different instances.
