In this unit, I have learned the importance of giving a test or assessment to my students. Various types of testing and evaluation tests are needed to fully assess the strength and weaknesses of our students. For example, to know the entry level of our students we will conduct a placement test, and then to know their strength and weaknesses we will conduct a diagnostic test. It is also important for the teachers in giving progress test, that the exam coverage should be the lesson taught, so as to assess rightly our students. Based on the results of the tests, as a teacher, we should make adjustments to our lessons to fit the needs of our students.
