I found most of this unit to be pretty self-explanatory. I was particularly interested in the section that outlined when a teacher should and shouldn't sit down. Standing is required when you're the focus of the activity or you need to clearly address the whole class. It might beneficial for these reasons and for maintaining control of the class. However, over standing can intimidate students and create an unrelaxed classroom environment. I also found some of the alternatives to writing on the board to be useful. I wish some of these were used by teachers in my past. I particularly found having student write on the board for you to be interesting.
