Understanding phrasal verbs was the probably the most difficult part of this unit, I found that modal auxiliary verbs were much easier to understand. The basic rules of these were interesting to learn and the table broke it down into a format that was easy to grasp. I found it useful to learn the different teaching ideas that can be adopted to ensure that the students grasp the new language in an efficient manner. Learning about the active and the passive voice and how these are formed was good to learn so that it can be taught effectively. I found the use of the table for understanding the form of this part of language useful and easy to understand.
