This unit is essential. Every teacher will find himself in a tough situation, where he will need to maintain a discipline. That?s why I found the results in the unit very helpful. The material about non-verbal behavior is also important, but I think I should work more on it, because I?m going to teach in China and the use of gestures there is rather different.In unit 9 we looked at what it would take to create Lesson Plans. This unit was really about things you would look for and do as an instructor. It is easy to overlook elements of the big picture but this lesson was broken down into manageable chunks from the perspective of the instructor and what to prepare for and be flexible with when preparing for the classroom.
