While the previous units mainly attempted to keep the predicted student base as vague as possible, only specifying in certain instances throughout, this unit was only about specifying the students we might meet. Each type of class has a unique set of advantages and disadvantages, but there are still areas of overlap. Mainly, how to teach and how to break down the lesson into objectives and ESA format. No matter what age or size or theme, ESA structure can be used. It's a reassuring thought, because you can walk into any school or company and be intimidated by the scale of what you need to get done. You may have to use unfamiliar materials, and sometimes you may not even have materials! However, you'll always have a foundation to begin with, you'll always have a starting point of \"How to engage? What vocabulary do they need? How do we Study in a fun, interesting way? And what's the best Activate idea to complement the Study?\" In this way, I find this unit as one of the most useful and confidence-inducing of the units thus far. It's a great penultimate topic. Finally, I also really liked the \"Needs Analysis\" and \"Needs Negotiation\" which can be adapted to younger students with higher levels of English skill in fun, interesting ways.
