In every teaching position a teacher will be faced with meeting a number of new classes for the first time. A teacher should establish rapport with the students to deliver the English language effectively to the class. In this unit, it talks about the most common problem situation that teachers can encounter in the classroom and suggests ways on dealing with the.I experienced some of the mentioned common problems stated in this unit which improves my classroom management by doing some ways on overcoming those problems. with the help of this unit it gives me more tips/ideas on how I am going to deal and teach the lesson whenever I encounter those problems. such as, the type of the students I am going to deal with, what appropriate activities should I give according to their language level,on how to deal when I handle large classes to involve all my students equally to participate and maintain classroom discipline,what to do in opting the english learner to use their native language in class,how to encourage my students for them to participate in class discussion and lastly, what remedy should I use with my students who have difficulties in listening texts. This unit really help in my career as a language teacher that can be useful in the future.
