Unit 20 Troubleshooting: in this unit it talks about troubleshooting with in the classroom and student needs. One must realize that teaching is one of the most complex professions today. It demands broad knowledge of subject matter, curriculum, standards, enthusiasm, and a caring attitude. Teachers must also have knowledge of discipline, classroom management techniques, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people. Teachers must always act with integrity inside and outside the classroom. This involves understanding the responsibilities that a teacher has to the subject matter, students, and community. A teacher must engage in behaviors that support learning, facilitate open communication within the classroom, and the culture of the school. Demonstrating respect for students, faculty and staff is imperative. Accepting the strengths and weaknesses of each student and focusing on working with colleagues to identify and achieve individual and community goals that set the outcomes to work towards. Unfortunately, there's no such thing as perfect as perfection is a subjective concept. There's no actual perfection because what constitutes perfection varies from person to person and is solely based on one person?s view of perfection. .
