It's mind-blowing to me all the different ways to express future occurrences. When I began the unit, I had only expected to see future simple, future continuous, future perfect, and future perfect continuous. Simple present, present continuous, and going to were completely off my radar. It is difficult for me to pick out the nuances and I imagine it's exponentially difficult for learners of English. From my understanding, simple present is also used to express future happening according to timetables, schedules, and set dates. The present continuous confusingly works for both definite arrangements and things without a set timeline. I.e., \"I'm eating there next week\" and \"I'm leaving you\
