The content of this unit concerns itself with the art of designing a lesson plan. While it should be basic (not complex and scripted), it should include substantial information one is able to refer back to, especially if one is a new teacher. This information would be: learner objectives, personal aims, language points, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedures, timing, etc. I have said this in a previous unit reflection, but this only further emphasizes that a class?more than likely?happens by design rather than by accident. I will make sure to refer back to this unit when structuring my own lessons, so that I am able to ensure that I am doing comprehensive work for my students.
