Unit 14 helps me with an interesting description about authentic and created materials which are very important at the moment of motivate students during the lesson. Usually material like course books, help the teachers with a precis guide of what and how to teach grammar, vocabulary, etc. However, it can be for students a monotony if as a teacher use this guide for whole lesson, as a student they need variety and topics which are similar to real life. In conclusion the best way to teach English is with a guide of a course book but with adapting the book to the students and using just as a guide. We have to use our creativity to motivate students and always make an interesting and enjoyable class.
