I have made in doing this final unit. This unit was a summary of lessons from previous units. In unit 20 I read about ?troubleshooting?. Troubleshooting focuses on the problems that will be encountered in the classroom and how the teacher can handle all of these problems. This unit also outline actives that is helpful in controlling problems in the classroom. When teachers are beginning to teach whether in a new environment or not there will be a group that is new. New group means that the students doesn?t know either other and may be unfamiliar with EFL teaching. The second group is call ?existing group? whereas students know each other and are familiar with EFL teaching.
