There are different ways to manage a class. Establishing rapport between teacher and students is very important, because then the students would enjoy the class and the atmosphere is relaxed for everyone. Using eye contact, gesture and voice should also be taken into account as they help the teachers to manage/control the class. Grouping students should also be taken into account.
