In this unit I have learned about the many ways and techniques on how to shape a lesson. \"Engage, Study and Acitvate\" is an effective method to use in the classroom, as it focuses on both motivation, exposure to the language and the chance to use the language. The unit was filled with good examples and tips on activities to use in each part of the \"ESA\"-method; writing practices such as work sheets and tasks, and speaking/pronunciation practices, such as rhymes, role plays, games and more. I also learned that there are different correction techniques, and the aim when correcting a student is to motivate the student to make improvements by giving clear feedback on errors or mistakes (there is a difference), amongst with praise for work that is correctly done.
