Unit 20 is a troubleshooting chapter which gives helpful tips when coming first into a class, having large groups, different level groups, reluctant students and the use of warmers. I believe this is an easy chapter if you have been in front of a classroom because you have probably done warmers and have encounter a first lesson group. Mainly is an overview of what can be problematic or troubleshooting in a classroom while it gives some tips on how to overcome this. Yet, what I would have liked within this chapter was to show more example tips and activities for classrooms that are over 50 students and maybe have shown an example lesson plan that would give guidelines on things that could go wrong and how to keep a flow of the class in order to overcome these struggles.
