Unit 3 was full of information that I had mostly never heard about or considered. This will be very useful when developing a course syllabus for young learners, I had not thought about how much detail needs to go into the planning and outlining of a course for young learners. It was useful to learn about all the different types of syllabi I may need to use, including structural, funcional-notional, learner led, and situational. I was impressed by how many different types of tests there are for young learners, including many that I was unfamiliar with. I still remain a bit confused about the different CEF levels that are listed. One of the questions had to do with what a level one student would be considered and I could not find a clear answer from the information provided.
