Unit 4 nicely broke down the different types of present tense in English. Learning the differences between the Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect, and Present Perfect Continuous, rather than reviewing all tenses at one time creates a lesson that is enriching, rather than intimidating. The way the unit clearly lists the Affirmative, Negative, and Question forms of each of the present tenses before explaining where we use each of them in language effectively breaks down the information, which is important for later compartmentalizing of information when I teach these concepts in the future. The reviews of common mistakes enable me to find the causes of mistakes, which will be more beneficial to my students than simple feedback that provides the correct answers.
