In this unit, I learnt the role of a teacher should be, such as an organizer, a monitor, a tutor, etc. but in different classes, the teacher's role will change often. I knew what makes a good learner and the main difference between adults and young learns. There are several factors affect different ages of students to learn English, including ages, learning experience, motivation, nervousness and language awareness, etc. And different levels of students have different abilities to learn English. A teacher must know their students levels so that they can acquire good English knowledge. So in this unit, it provides me a way to how to be a good teacher.
