Unit 20 covers the most common problems that can occur whilst teaching and the ways of dealing with them. Concerning the first lessons, there are given a lot of activities, that I can use in order to establish rapport with my new students or find out more about them, their needs etc. Moreover, for increasing my students' motivation and inspiration, I shouldn't forget to use warmers at the beginning of the class. Some useful ideas for warming-up activities are given in this unit, too. Besides, this unit describes the ways of dealing with the reluctant students, the students at different levels, large classes and use of native language in the classroom.
