Two of my concerns while teaching English are the reluctant students and the use of the native language for kindergartens. There will always be those days when students are not energetic and motivated enough to study and listen. We can never predict which days those will be. I think all a teacher can do is also adjust the activities. Then when it comes to kindergartens, especially for first time students, making them follow your directions and instructions is the challenge. I guess a teacher can initially use the native language then eventually transition to English as they will always hear those instructions (in English) during the course of the year.
