Unit 5 looked into teaching themes and the layout for case studies. Having a clear process for case studies is important so students have the prior skills and knowledge to complete it. I learnt the basic pre-procedures for a case study from the introduction, teaching language of the activity, setting up the groups and roles of the students, demonstrating whats in the activity, through to providing the students with a framework with which to complete the task. I like the input, process and output model and also how it can link past, present and future sentences to the relevant information, to therefore create sentences based on the case studies results.
