I think that discipline in the classroom is very important and a way to build trust with the students. Having a well managed classroom provides a great environment for the students to learn the most effectively. I think that the suggestions in this section, such as arranging the classroom a certain way and helping maintain eye contact with the students is a great way to control the situation in the classroom. I learned that I shouldn't have my back to the class while writing on the board and that I should say the name of the student at the end of the question rather than the beginning to keep the class on their toes and ready to answer the question.
