I unit 5,managing classes, I have learnt that I need eye contact with my student,sothat I can capture their attention for the lesson,gesture is also needed to reduce verbal explanation,i also need to be audible enough,but change to different tones depending on a circumstance.A proper sitting arrangement is very necessary for an effective lesson,so I need to keep changing the classroom setup sothat my students be eager to see something new in the next lesson.I shouldnot dominate the talking in class rather I should keep engaging my students in the talking by asking questions,engaging them in groupwork and sometimes let them find answers to their questions
