This unit was about the four past tenses in English as follows: past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. For each there was given the structure of the tense, usages of the verb tense, example sentences, and suggested activities for the activate portion of a lesson plan on that tense. I found the worksheet at the end of the lesson the most helpful this time because it asked me to come up with ways to explain the differences in the tenses we have covered so far. It was helpful to think about how I would explain these differences and which example sentences would lean towards helping students understand differences better.
