The last unit is about difficulties teachers may face in different situations under the classroom setting and provide corresponding solutions to the problems. I think this unit integrates all we have learnt in previous units. For example, teachers can do needs analysis for the first lesson (especially for class with adults) while building rapport through different activities is universally useful when teaching students in any levels. Also, I think it is particularly useful when the unit pinpoints the problem when dealing with reluctant students as I find it very difficult for reluctant students to engage while not forcing them to work on tasks in class.
