Unit 3 is about classroom management. I think teacher have to make students have confidence and be flexible it said that management is the skill of arranging the class. There are methods for managing class; first using eye contact, gesture and the voice, and grouping students, I think the best seating arrangement for a class is circles and horseshoes because it is open end of the arrangement, lessens dominating of teachers and allows students to be more focused on the class it said when teachers presenting, checking, modelling or clarifying, teacher would speak more then, it is important for teacher to be able to provide the students with a source of correct English on the other hand amount of TTT(teacher talking time) could reduce the amount of time available for students to speak and actively participate in the class. Teacher can reduce unnecessary TTT by avoiding TEFL jargon, using gestures, mine or pictures There are many kinds of list responding to problem behavior act immediately, focus on the behavior and not the student, change the classroom dynamic etc.
